Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I resigned on feb 17th from my company. However I was asked to payback my November Salary to the company and the salaries for DeCEMBER , jANUARY AND February were not paid.neither an explanation in writing was given to me. The reason being I was told that you were working for another company during my employent tenure. My question is is it permissable to make an employee work under such circumstances withourt pay

No it is not permissible to withhold salary of an employee like this. The action of employer appears to be illegal. You may need to resort to appropriate remedies for recovery of your dues.
