Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected Sir,
I have been working in a CBSE affiliated private school since October 2009.Service condition was given that after completion of 2 years service will confirm with full salary.Still I am teaching there with lump sum honorarium (for +2 years). But they discontinued my service after every 6 months without assigning any reasons.I fulfill all the criterion for service.
So, please suggest me what legal step shall i take ?
