Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected Sir, i am working as medical officer in zila parishad system of punjab govt.
In 2006 i joined as medical officer on contractual basis , in may 2011 punjab govt converted our contractual job into regular post with pay scale and all benefits of a regular post wide addministrative office file no.2/81/2010-vat-3 and file no.2/192/2010/DR-2, now we been summoned under civil writ petition no.11466 of 2012 under violation of article 226 and article 14 & 16of constitution of india. Can you suggest how these article acts upon our regulerisation and how i should proceed ?
