Legal Question in Employment Law in India
respected sir, i am yogesh i joined the bank(sbi) since 05.01.2009 but after may 2012 i am going on leave without pay reason behind is transfer but before 15 days i received a letter from AGM he wrote that i was retired my own wish.
i want to ask that it is possible to retitre anybody without prper information and without publishing in newspaper and in retire less one year,
