Restoration of increments
i am working with psu as development officer, my company had given 9 decrtement for non permonace. But my increments were not restotred even though i had procurred the premium 100%
more than my buget.
Even my juniors and person with low grade are getting more salary than me.
Can you guide me/

Your facts are incomplete.You have not given the name of organisation etc.You are facing a discrimnate attitude of the company.Send complete facts so as to enable me to suggest the remedy.
