Legal Question in Employment Law in
hi i have a retail outlet and want to keep a good staff employees for my store.The problem everytime comes is when i recruit employees they work according to their plans and leave the job without any notice to us and then they come for asking their salary or they go to labour courts.MY question is what all steps, laws ,or policies should an employer i.e me {owner of retail outlet}should take to deal with employees legally when they do not follow our rules and leave job whenever they want or they take holidays without information and then come for salaries?

You have not mentioned as to how many employees working with you?
Anyway, you should maintain a proper register containing details of employee. Record regarding their duty and leaves etc...
You can not prevent them from going to labour court but you can take safe guards and protect iyourself in case they file a case against you.
