Legal Question in Employment Law in
Hi i have a retail outlet .I wanted permanent employees for my store , i want to know that what if i recruit new employees than what steps are needed to make them work permanent in my store according to our rules like we have-
1. without information if someone leave job than no salary.
2. whenever he/she is interested in leaving job should give minimum 15 days prior notice to us.
3.if they take leave without information then double two days salary deduct.
Can we make any contract or bond with employees and take their signature on that legally before joining, because in past experience the new employees they come and during interviews they beg for job as very needful but as tie passes 10 or 15 days not even they complete a month, they leave job without any notice or information to us and then ask for salary and if we refuses to pay they go to labor courts, they get some police men ,some politician for there salaries. This makes us like these guys fool us, they make their money, .wasted our time of training them and just go away. SO PLEASE GUIDE ME IF THERE IS SOMETHING WHICH WE CAN IMPLEMENT TO MAKE EMPLOY WORK PERMANENT OR ACCORDING TO OUR RULES.
one more thing i want to make clear here that we never stop anyone pay or salaries but if they take it in proper manner without harassing us or making pressures by labor court.

You shall have to make a contract with the new recruits specifying the terms and conditions of employment. The deductions columns shall have to be governed by the applicable acts. However with contract you would be able to bind the employees to great extend. For details you may contact me on my mobile no. 09422252895.
