salary
in last dec i join 1 company in bangalore and i worked there for 1 month.and in jan my father got heart attact and immediately i rush to my native.and i inform also to my company that this this thing happend and i am going to my home.now after coming on job again my company is not ready to pay me salary for 1st month.i showed them my fathers hospital discharge card and other papers also but they are telling all this thing is not true.pls give me advice what to do in this matter.

It depends on the term of contract or letter of appointment.During probation period company usually pay for the period of working days only but since you have worked for one month then you are entitled for one month salary.

firstly we have to know what were the terms of your appointment. as you are saying that you have worked only for a month. whether you were on probation.
You are eligible for salary for the month you have worked. but for the period you were away from work we have to see you appointment letter whether you were eligible for leave on the basis of that you salary for the period you have not worked will be decided.
