Salary Delay

I have resigned from Cox & Kings on 4 June and as per our resignation I have to serve the 3 months notice which i am ready to serve but till now they have not given me my salary..... tdy is 09 July....... pls. help me.............

you can claim your salary by filing a suit for recovery. in that you may mention the notice period, total amount of salary, their non payment and the decree would be issued in your favour or before the issuance of decree, they would release your salary.

You may be liable to surrender three months' salary as per your contract.
