Legal Question in Employment Law in India
salary in lieu of notice period from employee means basic or gross if in agreement it is mentioned only salary and in break up shown basic salary = 15000 and other alowwances= 30000
kindly advise

Salary means last pay drawn by the employee. thus it means it includes allowances with basic salary or in other words gross salary.
