not sanction of hospitalization bill
sir before one year i had submitted hospitalization bill of naturopathy hospital in Bangalore of rs 4973/ to my bank employer through our local branch..bank refuse to pay with reason that advance permission to go bangalore is not obtained .actually their local branch is guilty.they had not sent the application submitted for advance permission to head office.Even though their local branch authority has accepted their guilt and recommended bill,head office refuse by stating same reason and bank authorised docter allopathy had also refused to sign with oral statement that he has not understanding of naturopathy.But naturopathy is acceptable under circular.my wife who is also bank servant was also with me for same treatment and she has been sanctioned bill by their other bank employer.actualy persons related in our Bank is malafide which can be understood without any further proof...pl guide me

Was there any prescription for refering you to naturopathy? IT IS ADVISED that you make representation to your employer again stating all the facts and if no action is taken then you may approach to conciliation officer and can also file case for recovery.
