Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was selected in bsnl(public sector undertaking ) company.In advertisment for that job company told that final year candidate can apply but candidate must posses degree on 31-12-2009.i comleted my degree in may 2009 exam but i got cetificates after 31-12-2009 . On cetificates date is mentioned , but it is also mentioned that he has completed degree in may 09.company is not accepting cetificates .Is there any provision which can help me for this
