Legal Question in Employment Law in India
selling stocks of my last company
I had worked for a company. I was given some stocks as joining bonus when i joined.
After every years, i could sell 25% of the given stocks. I had worked
for more 1 year and 10 months in that company.
But I was forced to resign from my job as my relationship with
my manager was not good. Now, i want to sell off my stocks.
How much stocks(in percentage) Can i get? What are steps to do to get those
stocks?

Re: selling stocks of my last company
Your statement is vague and incomplete. You may examine your stocks carefully or show the same to a broker in your area for selling.
