Service Level Agreement with
An agreement /Service Level Bond of Rs 200000 for 2 yrs. can breach on basis of medical reason?(physical handicapped).
In this case also do i have to pay the said amount to the company??

Normally under the law of equity, a party is not penealize due to an incident beyond onces control, but still your bound and service conditions have to seen.
In legal words the agreement has become fustrated. But if the company claims the bond amount, then you can have ur legal remedy, and may contact us in that regards.

No. Things beyond your control can not make you liable for any breach of stated contract.
