Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Its a service matter. We had enquired an employee alleging certain charges. He has approached labour court in turn Labour Court vitiated enquiry proceeding. Can we again issue the charge sheet to the employee before the Labour Court?

no, the charge sheet cannot be issued by the employer once the matter is sub judice before labour court.
