Service related matters
In promotional matters a Cooperative Bank has given 20% preferential reservation to those Clerks who improve their qualification while in service to BA(Eco) from Matriculation over & above the existing Post graduates who joined directly as Post Graduates in Management or Commerce. Reservation Roster of SC & ST is not being applied in this reservation. Is it justified as per Service Rules?
