Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
Even after serving3 months notice period my relieving latter has been delayed for more than 2 weeks as they have lost a bond paper which I has signed what is companies accountability for that and what are my legal rights

wait for some more time for them to trace the bond paper and in case the same is not traceable, you may ask them to relieve you by executing a registered deed.
