Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Im Shaik Azeezullah i worked in one of the engineering projects company i resigned the job i have a notice period of 2 months but i left the job after 16 days of resignation and left 1 month sallery .but the company is harrasing me to give 2 months sallary they r saying that they will register a criminal case against me .is it a legal case..? so please tell me what should i do.

as per your Question their is no penal provision which attracts to your set of facts, as such criminal case cannot be filed,but the company may resort to various ways to fastern criminal liability.
recovery of the said amount is a civil liability, the company can file a civil suit for recovery after paying court fee and necessary fee.
