our company is a travel agency catering to air travel and related

fields.is a travel agent is exempted from shop & etablishment act.if not

exempted where to obtain a certificate

You should try to get information from two departments of your area - The office of Collector / Distrrict Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner;

AND/IOR

The Office of Labour Commissioner.
