short fall of notice period
Sirs, i had resigned on 13.09.2007 and thereafter worked upto 02.10.2007 in respect to my one month notice period. Whereas, i requested the employer to waive my shortfall of notice period against my leaves which are more than 60 days. Reply from employer that you need to make good the shortfall of notice period and no answer being given in respect to encashment of leaves. Am i entitled for encashment of leaves. Plz advise

Re: short fall of notice period
Leaves can't be subject to adjustment in work within notice period,however,you are entitled to leave encahment,if rules permit so.
