Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi - I signed a bond with my employer for an year when they told me about a training i was suppose to undergo. Its been 6 months and the training has still not happened and doesnt look like it will ever happen. I want to move out to a better profile and my current employer is saying accordign to that bond i have to pay a huge sum of money. Want to understnad how can this bond be valid if the training never happened

see a lawyer and show him the bond. after going through the contents of the same, a legal opinion is possible.
