Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have signed a service bond with a construction company to serve them for 2 years. As the working conditions are not good, i want to leave......Is there any liability involved?.Many of my freins have left saying that this bond on non judicial paper is not valid.....please advise....?

Hi,
If you think that the working conditions were not good, then it would be a breach of conditions on the company's part. Therefore you can leave the company by giving proper reasons with proofs.
