Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Single sided Employment Bond

I was employed in a company in Triv.m, and when I started my Career in Aug 2005, they asked to sign a bond that, I have to stick on for another 1.5 years.I got married in April 2006. After 8 months, I got permanent on this job, but never had received any formal training as agreed in employment agreement, they promised me training and lot of benefits. The company gave me a lot of appreciations by word, and they liked my style of hard work, and I got a salary rise after this 8 months period. Here comes the real story: Upon increasing the salary, they asked me to sign another conditional bond, that only if I sign the new bond, I will be eligible for the salary hike. I had to sign the bond thus empowering them to have me work in bonded labour for another fresh 2 years. They gave me no benefits, no incentives they promised me, and they were least concerned of employees. The office had no PF and we were forced to work on Weekends. We worked continuously for even two months without leave. Last month my wife, got a transfer. I tried job hunting, got an offer, and settled in chennai with my wife after giving a resignation letter. I always added to their tech wealth, and never got any agreed benefits or value addition. What must I do?
