Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, My father Has been expired 17 apr, 2008. He was woring in military engineering service department. I have submitted neccesary document for the compassinate appointment for the post of LDC in M.E.S. department but I have not received any answer from department. Please tell me what can I do ? and How can I get compassionate appointment ?

File application under rights to information act to know the decision taken on your application.
Then if your job application is rejected , file a writ petition.
