Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I am doing job in public sector undertaking nigam name U.P. Rajkiya nirman nigam Ltd. one question i ask that here no any record of employees who works as a private employee. i am working here past 18 months. i am working here as a computer operator. almost letters are sanded via email, here i type my name and post for making proof and i have password of this email ID that i am employee of this nigam. is that except able in court as evidence?

Dear Sir / Madam, (Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh)
It is important to request the HR Department for an appointment letter stating that you are working with the Nigam. Email ID on the Company website can be used as evidence in Court.
