Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir actually i was joining a multinational bpo on 23 september 2010 but at the time of joining my hr not provide me information that company follows a refrence check procedure through third party company name: kpmg...so i am providing my all document to my hr like my qualification certificate copies and exeperience certificate copies and after completing 2 and a half month the company not clear my refrence check and after asking them they said all your refrence check completed but only one exeperience which is part time in icici pru life we unable to identified as well as verified so if within few days if we continue to unable to ientified this exeperience we ask you to leave the company.....
after listning their responce i am in a worry that the company terminate me without doing any thing and also the problem is not on my side but company is responsible as they unable to identified my part time exeperience so
please provide me assistance in this regards

you may seek the help of a lawyer and send a legal notice to ICICI for not co operating in reference check.
