Sir i m a final yr M.D (Doctor of medicine) student in National Institute of Ayurveda,Jaipur(Autonomous under ministry of health & family welfare,Govt. of India).On completion of second yr we given 15 day term break from 13/10/08 to 28/10/08.I was on C.L from 29/10/08 to 31/10/08.On 30/10/08 i met personally to my Head of deptt. submitting C.L application.At 1:20 noon one of the teacher incharge of camp duty told me to go to camp at delhi immediately (Earlier there was provision of duty when there is a letter issued by her in written & in advance).I taken excuse that i am on leave.Now Director of institute verbally told my H.O.D to cut my one month stipend for not doing my duty.My point is

1)I was on leave

2)There was no written letter order of my name for duty.Earlier a colleague of mine has gone on verbal notice & our H.O.D has putted absent.

3)Why they always send student at 11 th hour.(1:20 noon informed & has to leave 1:30 noon) although they have information in advance.

4)And why always me ? Out of 19 students( 4 are outsiders) i did 5-6 times this duty while someone once,some twice & rest nil (they are local).

5)Why there is no panel list in advance a/c to month who will go when ?

Re: Help

Your problems are genuine; the authorities at times behave erratic. Your career is at stake. you may consider forgetting the incident and look forward in your own interest;

It is very very difficult to obtain relief from courts in such matter. the litigation is very very expensive, time consuming; and the results are uncertain despite best efforts.

I will very strongly advise to increase your toleration level and stay cool.

Re: Help

This is not a special case. This is a general problem in present ear in our region. Only tolerance may resolve the matter rather litigation which remains in vain despite best efforts. Even you are right, offer pardon, although it is very difficult. This is sincere advice.
