Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir / Madam,
I am woring as Associte Professor in a private medical college of west U.P. from 2 years. I want to resign fom the Institute giving notice of 1 month as in terms of my appointment order. Princal of Innstitute is refusing to recieve my resignation notice and refusing to give releiving order and experience certificate.He is also threatenig to stop my sallary. He is not giving any thing in writing. He is saying every thing verbaly. What kind of help I can get from law?

Send the notice through post with acknowledgement due. Please understand nobody can stop you from resigning from work. Inspite of serving a notice the principal stops your pay or any other benefits which you are entitle to receiveou can take the recourse of the court.
