Sir main ek ltd company me job karta tha co ne mera salary hold kar diya to me job pe absent rahene laga or muje notice bhej ki job pe aa jo jab me gaya or puchh ki mera salary do to mana kar diya or bolo ki aap 2 month kaam karo fir sath me milegi salary to maine resing de diya abi mera salary or p.f. uthana hai to please help me or agar mujhe re-joning milege to me job karne k liye taiyar hun

please help me maine garib hun lawer rakh ke case file kar saku ya company ke khilaf ja saku itan mere pass paisa nahi hai

Aapko resignation letter denay kay baad, apnay appointment letter may diye gaye notice period puray honay tak kaam karna padega. Lekin har mahina Company ko aapko us mahinay ka pagaar dena zaroori hai.

Company aapko do mahinay kaam karnay kay liye kehe rahee hai aur dono mahinay ka pagaar ek saath daigee kahakar bewakoof banaa rahee hai. Company ka irada aapsay doh mahinay kaam karvaakay aapko kal say na aanay ka irada hai.

Company ko saaf saaf kaho ki kaam kiye mahinay ka pagaar mahina khatam hotay he aapko milnaa chahiye phir he aap aglaa mahina kaam karange.
