Hello! Sir, I am on maternity leave, I want to ask you whether I am eligible for my CL and PL during the period of maternity leave. Our company recommend 30 days CL and & 7 days PL in a year.

if you are in maternity leave then why you are asking other kind of leave for same period?
all maternity leaves are with salary only.
if your co. not paying salary for maternity leave period or you are requesting leave beyond maternity leave period then it can be clubbed with pl only.
