Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
5 months back i had relieaved from my previious company ( country vacations) now some problems are happening for that branch no accounts are correctley is there any chance that company put a case on me . when i am working there was no any problems after i relieved only problems are coming .
is there any chances to stop my providentfund
what i have to do pls reply me
