Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir ,
I got an offer over a mail of confirmation of job and the salary structure .But after two days when i try calling this company which is an M NC they are not responding and told that position is under hold .
Now i told my company that iam quiting now iam facing a problem of not getting a new job and looisg my present job too
Is there any law by which i can take action about the new company which offered me job .

Yes you can move ahead with a suit for specific performance of a contract entered into between you and the new company if any till now. There offer letter would be sufficient.
Can also file suit for damages.
