Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir i have a problem related to new joining in a company sir i was interviewed by one small company located in delhi on 01.05.2012 and selected now after selection my joining date was a 05.05.2012 and on a particular date i was joined orgnisation but at the time of joining the hr given me a 50 rupees stamp paper after refused to signed the hr told me that this is not a bond but just a undertaking that you will not leak any confidential information of a company to outside now i was signed that paper and the hr also told me that you are on a probation on one month in the organisation and your appointment will be confirmed after one month i accept that point and joined but after joining i see that company is not paying a salary to their employees on a time even they paying a salary to employees on beetween date of 15 to 20 and after joining they asked me to move to faridabad locastion after 2 months and informed me after facing this all of things iam leaved the orgnisation just sending a one mail to my personal mail id to my hr

but when they read this mail they are trying to threatening me that we filling a case against you in the court on the basis of 50 rupees stamp paper which i was signed after charging that i am leaked some information of a company to outside

sir now my question is that how they do this things with me and can you imagine that a new joinee leaked information of a company to outside just within 3 days of joining

sir i want to know what legal actions i take against this kind of companies can i filled a damage of mental harrasement also.
