Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I have a service bond with my company for 3 years/Rs. 2 Lacs.They have not given a copy of the bond to me.If I want to leave this company before 3 years,will it be possible for me to do so without paying up the amount.The company has not provided me any kind of training nor it has incurred other any expenses other than my salary on me.
Please provide me information regarding this.
