Legal Question in Employment Law in India

hi sir ,

i signed a employment contract in it company which stating that i am on probation period of 6 months and for termination i have to serve the notice period for 1 month

i left company without serving notice period

now company has sent a legal notice stating you have to pay 45000 inr. for training , replacement and etc. is it legal to deemand by company for 45000 when i was on probation period so .

pls. suggest whatz the employee's rights on probation period i was not a permanent employee.

send a reply to the legal notice that you are not liable to pay the amount.

If they have not spent any training expenses on you , then you may contend the same in your reply to the legal notice
