Legal Question in Employment Law in India

sir i worked 60days for an it company but i signed a agreement which stating that i am on 6 months probation period and i have to serve the notice period other wise i have to pay 75000 rupees for training cost

but due to some serious problems i had to leave country now i am out of india but that company has sent the legal notice for that 75000 rupees what should i do now i did not receieve any training and verbaly informed to my manager before leaving the country

You must reply to the company narrating the fact that the company never provided the required training, so there is no question of any cost to the company and its return
