Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir i have been worked in a psu bank for 4months as training clerk. I got interview for central government job during thir period. But in interview i did not tell about my past employee.why because as i was in training i couldnot get noc. Now i got job in central government.i relieved properly 4 bank by paying bond amount. Now is it problem to me not mentioning about my past job.
