Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, I am working as Manager (F&A) cum - all in One in a Private Limited company last 15 years now my salary Rs.6,000/- PM by cheque my salary has not increased since 2006. Company has lot of profit by in cash which is not shown in the account books so what let me know what type of compensation to suite me and what can i do against my boss or company.

Since you are working in a pvt. company , any steps you take against management for increase in salary, may affect in loosing your job. I suggest that first you have another job in your hand before you demand increase in salary.
