Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hello sir i am working as a service engineer in one private concern .they are paid my salary in correct time for a past 5 months so i decide to resign the job .i gave my resingnation via mail.now the company did not give sept month salary and they blame to work for two months actually notice period is one month according to my appointment order so i decide to relive before the notice period .this decision is right or may i continue the notice period one month
