sir, i am working with trivitron healthcare, chennai. i hav given resignation 15 days before. According to company policy a employee in provision period will have to give notice of 10 days and it will start when hrm get the resignation and for confirm employee notice period is 30 days, But now my manager said to me that we have not accept ur resign and ur notice period will start when we accept resgin. And he is also saying that i have to work 30 days because your confirmation done. When i have given resign no any info about confirmation given by him. I m in trouble plz help me
