Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
Due to my personal reasons, I have given my resignation in my company and I have promised to serve 3 months notice period.However, my managaent is not ready to accept my resignation though I have promised to serve notice period.
Earlier, I was working in different location (Bangalore) in the same company , as I got a better opportunity to work in my home town chennai . I had given resignation by that time and was serving in notice period . As company wanted to retain me they have given an opportunity to work in chennai location. Due to some family problem I have decide to quit my current postion with in 3 months of transfer. However, management is not accepting to release me. Although, I have not given any written commitment or I am not serving in any bond, they are threataning me that they wont give the service certificate. How can I find a solution for this issue?

you may approach a lawyer and he would do the needful by sending a legal notice and taking action thereafter.
yes if the matter didnt get solved amicably u have to take legal ways ....
