Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir,i am ashraf from kannur working in panchayath dept as ld clerk.i have compleated 3 years in service, i want to some advice you for i am suffering from a rare disease named writers cramp the problem is very difficult write and pain when writing.but i am perfectly ok with computer.i did lot of treatments.because of this i fear to be promoted becuase i need more writing ,computerisatio still on progress i think it will take more than five years to complete my question is this . is there any way to get me posting in computrised section of my dept because of this disease.
