Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
I have passed TET Government examination.But The state government is refuse to give job. They are saying my qualification is not mention at prospectus but my qualification is eligible to write the exam. If a subject wrongly not mentioned at prospectus that candidate can get the job?
