Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir,
i work in a bank. bank transferred me on administrative grounds from my home state to north east and gave in writing that i would have to work in the north east for five years and after completion of five years i will be repatriated to my home state and no approval would be required from any office for the purpose.
Now even after completion of five years bank is not repatriating me to our own state. in this situation what is our right. however, as per our service condition i may be posted any where in india.

in case you were posted under this condition in writing that you be sent back after 5 years, you may seek legal action, otherwise, stay happy where you are.
