Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir,
I am working in limited company last 7 years.upto this year all privelage leave was carry forward to next year.but management take decision that all casual,sick and prievlage leave will get lapsed at every year from dec 2009.so I would like to know any labour law regarding leave encashment.

It depends on your designation and status of employment. Better to contact a local lawyer with your appointment order and details of leave.
