Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello Sir,
I am working in an MNC from 9AM-6PM. i am planning on working in another organization from 9PM-6AM. both of the organization are not aware of this. this is a complete different job from the other. i am doing this due to financial constraints. Will the governmant have issues in terms of law,such as i will be paying two taxes, two PF, etc. if the companies find out, i know that i am screwed, if they dont, will there be any issue from the Governmant laws? please clarify.
