Sir,
i am working in private company,i am in probation period,in appointment letter it is mention that in probation period either party can terminate the contract by giving three months notice.salary recovery they have mentioned after confirmation.
if i want to releive after one month then they can claim two months slalry from me or not????

Yes, it is notice or notice in lieu of salary. Further you may get some relief by reviewing the document. and too, meaning of salary may save you to some extent
