Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi sir/mam,
I was employed with icici prudential for 2 years and i had compelled to releave within a week notice period due to recesion. And the issue is i had a car lease where i had taken a car and i paid 8 dues from my salary deduction.
But now they are asking me to foreclose the car lease wherein i need to pay 5lakh approx which is not with me and also my final settlement and PF is on hold by the organisation.
As per thier statement in mail for everyday of non foreclosing the lease i need 260rs per day penalty, and now it is 5 months there was no communication and my settlement and PF also pending, What should i do legally for my embarrassing situation?
