Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
My employer is not paying the Variable pay of 2010-11 which was due in April 2011, has given no increment and is now deducting 30% of the net salary without taking our consent.
Please guide us as to what recourse we should take.

u shuld oppose it ...talk to the mgmt... and if no amicable solution or answers come out than u can take legal recourse ..
