Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello Sir,
My father was working in department of telecom(now BSNL) and he expired in 2000 while in service.my mother is also a central government employee and we applied for compassionate appointment for my brother and the same application is rejected.The department of telecom became BSNL in 2000 itself and has implemented points to get compassionate appointment.Can we re-apply this for my brother?

(a) Your mother is already a Central Govt Employee.
(b) It may be too late to apply for compassionate appointment.
